The touchscreen is too small to use your fingers, but it can be handy with a stylus. Seems like an unnecessary feature for this size. Generally excellent.

I couldn't get it to work on a Raspberry Pi 3 with the latest Raspbian. I'm currently working on my Raspberry Pi 3B so I can't comment on how the 7 inch LCD works. I'll report back when I've got the system up and running. I've tried getting this touchscreen to work with a raspberry pi update, a config.txt change, and pretty much every other method. It only renders lines on the screen and could never get an image. The touchscreen works but is useless if you can't see anything. It worked for me once for a brief second that ended with a reboot. I wish the company had better documentation on how it works. When I moved home I lost the DVD. Could you give me a link or send them to my email so that I can build the LCD driver and install the LCD driver as LCD can't work with Pi3 because the driver is not installed. Thanks!

Used it on a Cryptominer I created. Worked great. Used a couple of zip ties to install it and it was fine. Powered by USB. Thanks for attention.

I do not recommend this product to anyone. I got a replacement screen because the first one I got was broken and I didn't realize it until I removed the protective film.

Not compatible with rasberry, doesn't auto adjust but works on 50 inch screen and also the screen comes and goes, I'm very disappointed with this product, I needed 3 more if it really worked.

The device arrived in very good condition but does not work. The device has a problem with the display. All I get are lines. Used the standard DVD for testing and got the same one.

This screen rocks. Amazing picture quality. Very clear and crisp. Good color rendering. The touch screen is excellent. I got it working fairly easily with my Raspberry Pi B model. I've also used it with Windows 10 on my laptop where it was plug and play and worked like a champ. touchscreen and such. This screen makes my IoT project very easy and professional.

The touch screen works in Windows 10 without drivers, excellent build quality. Very nice as a backup for computer maintenance and low resolution games.

Setup was hassle free, it was easy, just follow the other instructions and edit the config.txt. The main problem I noticed is that it MUST be powered by RPI3. If you connect one, I mean any other source, it will damage the screen. If it happened to two. From talking to themselves they say it shouldn't be fed more than 1A through RPI3. Comes nicely packaged with HDMI and USB cables and a CD with drivers. Worked straight away when I used it with a MAC laptop. For the Raspberry Pi I had to add the following lines (as suggested by one of the buyers in his/her review) to the config.txt file and it worked like a charm, no driver installation required. I just received and opened this screen and when I removed the protective film there was a 3 inch scratch on the screen. This is the second screen I've ordered this way, with scratches on the screen which should be brand new!

I installed this as a security monitor. It works fine after doing some troubleshooting steps. Initially, the system sent a signal in 4K resolution, and the display simply said "No Display". Once I tuned the signal to the correct output resolution, it displayed as expected.

I bought it to use with a Raspberry Pi 3 and an RTL-SDR-HAM radio dongle. A nice little tweak and it works. However, you will need to connect the Pi 3 to another HDMI-capable monitor in order to edit the Pi's configuration file to support using that display. It's counterintuitive at first, but Google has all the answers, and this issue isn't the display manufacturer's fault. I'll get some more for other projects. After the initial setup on a different monitor, everything works as expected.
