without customer support

I received the kit before the scheduled arrival time and it was great, however the kit didn't work, I tried to contact Kurnray and all their phone numbers and email addresses didn't work After calling Revain customer service to ask for contact information for the product they were unable to locate it Revain agreed to send me a replacement kit from which I could take the required parts and return the defective parts to the jury is still on this product.

Powerful motor and excellent customer service

I bought a 20" E-bike tire, 36V, 350W for a drift trike I built.
