This replacement starter failed within six weeks, just after the return period closed. A few weeks after installation it started making noise, then just click without turning the motor. Bought for the low price of an old machine that is rarely used but not worth the hassle of replacing it twice. For me there is no more Chinese junk.

In June 2019 I replaced the starter motor on my 2002 Arctic Cat 250 ATV with this product. He died 17 years later. Bought this as a replacement. Worked fine at first. But last week I pushed the button and nothing. Click goes to the starter relay. 12V goes to the starter. The starter does not work. Nothing. I bought it in June, rode it about 2 dozen starts and died in November. So OEM = 17 years, aftermarket replacement = 24 years, then dies. So sad.
