This machine looked like junk. Considering the price I figured I'd just throw it away if it didn't work. THIS MACHINE ALWAYS WORKS. My wife hasn't asked me to open a jar since I bought her one. I like cans to be opened easily! Everyone should have one if you've ever had trouble opening a jar. and I bought and received the item quickly and it was well packed too. I bought this product for someone who has lost control of their thumbs. I tried the product and it was easy to use and I removed the lid from the plastic and glass jar.
