I recently purchased this Brad nailer to replace my old Black and Decker. I found this to be a big improvement over my old one. It is convenient to use and lightweight. I read customer reviews and was confident I bought this stapler. It arrived and I was happy to see all the reviews were correct - well made but not too heavy on a woman's hand. etc etc. I started my project and got past 3/4 when the gun stopped working. I referenced the troubleshooting suggestions (on the Revain page). For free. Frustrated, I emailed the company. I received a quick response (less than 10 hours) and LuLu, the customer service rep, made suggestions that helped me solve my problem
The instructions were a waste of time hence four stars instead of five. I've never used an electric stapler before so I googled for an hour to figure out how to use it. The first thing you need to know is that unlike a traditional stapler, you are not placing staples on a bar. Instead, you turn the gun upside down, pull the rod out, and insert the staples upside down (flat side down) into the gun.
