Ideal for DIY controllers

Haven't used it yet but all the parts are there and seems solid enough. It's a bit small, but the clips are the most important thing. They can be installed on any breadboard.

Non-universal mounting direction

The holes on the board are NOT 25mm square, which would allow the Arduino to be mounted either perpendicular or parallel to the DIN rail. As a result, the circuit board can only be mounted vertically to the top-hat rail. On the MEGA, this creates a large ledge in the area on either side of the DIN rail where the wires would normally go - it makes little to no sense!
