The system has been very helpful in organizing our documents for ease of access by employees or other third parties as well as sharing with customers/clients via email attachments etc. It's not too user friendly but it does have its upsides such as having multiple options when uploading files which can be difficult without getting frustrated trying out different types. I like best the ability to create custom fields for my documents which makes it easy to track document changes in one place without having to search through multiple files or email clients. It also allows me to see when certain people have accessed files, with full access disabled, so if someone does come across sensitive material they will not be able to view them.
