Good product, needs better customer support

The system has been very helpful in organizing our documents for ease of access by employees or other third parties as well as sharing with customers/clients via email attachments etc. It's not too user friendly but it does have its upsides such as having multiple options when uploading files which can be difficult without getting frustrated trying out different types. If there are more file uploads available then maybe this could help solve some issues? I think being able to share work…

Great tool that helps keep communications centralized

I like best the ability to create custom fields for my documents which makes it easy to track document changes in one place without having to search through multiple files or email clients. It also allows me to see when certain people have accessed files, with full access disabled, so if someone does come across sensitive material they will not be able to view them. The software has been difficult to learn and navigate around once set up. Not intuitive enough yet but improving. We use this…

Best collaboration solution ever !!

The best part about this software it's capability which allows us work in real time with multiple teams from any where via live streaming! -The lack o training material.- It was very difficult for me as I'm not familiarized yet-I really hope more features will be add up soon like analytics dashboard etc so we can start using our system wide for monitoring purpose instead keeping track everything through email or phone calls only!!
