Elite Mist Air Stone 3 Pack Review

I read the reviews and should not have bought but I needed a very small air stone so I gave these a try. They are useless as others have said.

Maybe it's my fault but I was expecting a standard size air vent. They are quite small in diameter. However, they bubble very well.

Not suitable for my Biorb aquarium. The hole is too small. You have to shell out for a real BiOrb brick. I think this is normal for a standard aquarium.

Use these in sponge filters and you'll find they last longer and work better than Blue Stone filters which clog and start to break down much quicker.

This air vent is very light and floats on the surface making it unusable unless you attach it with suction cups. The construction seems a bit wobbly, the plastic part came loose a few times during handling. And when bubbling, it sounds louder than my other bubble stones. I will not buy again. It's smaller in diameter than regular airstones, so if you need a thinner one, it might suit you.
