Very disappointed with this product, it came damaged with a tear in it before I could even open the item to use it as the tear and had to go into the water.

I bought two of these heaters, both broke after a month and a half. Something is wrong with her thermostat, they both got hot and the glass cracked. I've never experienced that with heaters. Don't waste money on them!

Broke immediately upon receipt. I don't know how it could break so easily. I didn't drop or hit anything. It must have had a rip from the packaging or something. I also noticed how thin the glass was, so that might have been a factor. Pretty disappointing 😕

Bought 3 pieces, one had to be used immediately. Lights were flashing from my tank and the circuit breaker was blown. I tried the second and it turned out again. Either they were all defective, or Revain's shipping allows them to be subtly damaged and rattle in their huge shipping boxes.

The night I installed it in the aquarium it broke and started a fire. If my pet chinchilla hadn't woken me up it would have been a disaster. I sent it back and got a full refund. I read the instructions and set the temp on low to start with so I could track the changes. there is no reason why he should go broke. Maybe I just got a bad one, but be careful with this product.

I received this heater at a great time and God sent it to me. Now I can turn the temperature down to be comfortable and my betta's water stays warm enough for them without having to turn on the heater. I am so glad I ordered this heater because next winter I will have even more benefits so I don't have to keep the heater running which makes it inconvenient for me to keep my roosters alive.
