I was surprised how strong and reliable this towbar is. What others have mentioned applies to small hardware. I was about to add some steel braces behind the steel plate on my tractor. The bolts were too short. I had several large washers that I used until I got longer bolts. Ten minute install. All I had to do was drill 2 holes to make it work on my John Deere X350. 4 stars because of small equipment and ball height about 4 cm higher.

Ordered 2, one arrived with no hardware no problem, just went to local hardware store and bought updated hardware. I suggest using grade 5 - 5/16" nuts and bolts instead of the softer, weaker 1/4" bolts for the support arms. Mower tow points in place of the included ¾" bolt to allow for quick tool-less removal.

Installed with packing frame. I had to cut the welds on the hitch pin and drilled a hole to accept the hitch bolt on my Husqvarna 22V46 tractor frame. The hitch was installed between the packer and the rear tractor. I also had to bend the hitch brackets (short set) with a vise to get the right angles. I attached the support brackets to the excavator's frame and covered it with black enamel paint. No more changing rear attachments!

I installed this on a Husqvarna TS348 and it was fairly easy to install. I had to use the longer of the two sets of arms and the only tricky part was getting the bolts off the back plate of the mower. One day I realized it was easy. I used a 3/8 deep head flex head ratchet with a 3" extension and I was able to easily get to the back which way. Another note: this requires a 3/4 shank ball, so plan for that. Overall a pretty solid towbar and I'm completely happy with the purchase.

this is a great addition to my self propelled lawn mower, I no longer have to lift the trailer off the ground when using the mower to move it (5x10 with sidewalls), plus I no longer have to remove the ball from the mower to use my service trailer. Very well built and strong. Time will tell as to durability as I just installed it. The instructions were ok but not great. The tow bar comes with two different sets of anti-roll bars and it is up to you which one you use. Once selected, you must position them and drill two holes in the mower to bolt them to the mower. This lawn tractor hitch was as described and easy to install. The hitch bracket fits my John Deere S130 lawn tractor perfectly and was very strong, but it's too big to comfortably attach to my trailers. None of my trailer jacks raise the trailer tongue high enough over the ball at the top of the tongue bracket.
