Not the best quality, very tinny sound. Not sure if it's a rubber hose or a sound generator design. But I don't hear sounds as well as better autostethoscopes.

The idea is there, but unfortunately so is the pain caused by the cheapness of their production. Oh my god, honestly you can't wear them for more than a minute before your ears get inflamed and start to hurt! To make sure it was "just me," I asked my family and friends to try them, and I figured it wasn't me, it was them. You must order foam ear tips or painkillers of your choice.
