I really like this concept. I bought it because I thought having more towel rack space would inspire my kids to hang towels instead of throwing them on the floor. Unfortunately it didn't work, but I like it. Each step could be a little longer and they have to make one to accommodate more than 4 towels for larger families. But overall it's a nice product.

Be sure to check the size of this item before purchasing. I bought for bath towels and the size of the unit is only suitable for hand/face towels. Oil rubbed bronze finish has a rich oil tone and a light bronze tone. I am returning this item due to the size and color. The seller must provide the measurements in the product description.

Overall well done - EXCEPT - super thin bushings - broke on first twist - can't even support any weight. A bushing less than 1/10th of a cent becomes a piece of junk. This makes the hands less stable. I don't see a way to take it apart and fix it - but that's not the point. I'll probably use this until I get something better. Too bad - because it was a well-made block of metal. It's all about the details!

I read a lot of reviews complaining about the short length of the towel rails but I had limited space so I couldn't order more. I hang a giant bath towel on each of the three bars and it works great. No, I don't fold them in three to fit the length of the pole. If you fold them in three, they won't dry well. Bought for a towel that needs to be pulled out of the wall for better access to a spot where it's not clear where the towel goes on the stand. Love that I chose this one and it's nice that there is room for more towels as well as hooks. The only thing I had trouble with was the screw caps. You don't stay. When you first open the box you get a good idea of the quality (although my particular box was badly damaged). But the product box looks like a fancy gift box and the towel rail has been wrapped in a foam bag - well protected. What I like best is that the wings don't just swing freely, they're pretty stiff and only move when you move them. then stay right there. Perfect. Installation was a breeze. It took about 5 minutes.
