ELMERS X Acto Rotary Trimmer 26505 Review

I was expecting X-acto quality but this is a value for money trimmer. Neither the packaging nor the website even says what kind of replacement blade is needed and the trimmer doesn't work very well. You have to press hard on the so-called rotating blade, and it pulls and tears when you cut more than three sides. How it is.
