I like how simple it is to use. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. You are able to create multiple accounts for different team members that will access the system at the same time. Sometimes, if someone isn't familiar with the platform they can get lost and confused when trying to figure out what to do next. The customer support is amazing! They are always willing answer any question we have with ease as if they've been doing it for years themselves - which in most cases I'm sure that's true :) Their product really helps me keep track off all my projects at once so nothing falls through cracks anymore :). Nothing yet but will update this when more features come out (easing project tracking/management)! Would love an option where one could see what their budget has left over after paying rent etc…
