The ability for users with varying experience levels from across multiple locations are able work together within one platform - very beneficial when there is no 1 person in charge! I would like more features added into our current system so we have less issues as they arise rather than having an employee run off elsewhere after receiving training by another member who has left us without notice. This will ensure that all questions are answered before employees leave which prevents any future headaches down this line.- Having someone at my location helps me answer most calls while still maintaining attention towards other jobs (customer complaints). We have been using Elogbooks for almost 3 years now. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help with any issue that we may have.
