These scissors did not meet our expectations for quality and precision. Despite being marketed as stainless and suitable for dressmaking, we found that they dulled quickly and struggled to cut through fabric cleanly. While they may be acceptable for occasional household use, they are not suitable for serious sewing or embroidery projects.

I was very frustrated because I thought the small cuts were missing but were just hidden under the foam. I tested them on a cotton swatch and they cut like a dream. Both are razor sharp and fit my fingers well. The thimble is ideal for people with long nails. I am happy to use them.

They are perfect as advertised. No burrs or defects often found on cheap imitations. They are also presented in a simple and beautiful packaging. Ideal for a gift. None of this bothered me when I bought it. My thumb keeps getting stuck in my old scissors and I wanted new sewing scissors (not "good sewing scissors" but for finer detailing).
