worked for me on remote controls

Emerson SR600 Ceiling Fans 6 Speed LED Ceiling Fan Remote My fan didn't have an adjustable backlight but the light switch works as an on/off switch. find a replacement for the light switch, wish it was a little cheaper. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • No Power

They work very well. But remember

They work very well. But keep that in mind. The fan comes with a wall controller, so you don't need this remote control unless you plan to connect two or more fans to the same power supply. If you do this you will need to buy one for each fan like I did and not install a wall switch.

Pros
  • everything is fine!
Cons
  • Useless functions

Nothing special. cheap materials. But it does what it's supposed to.

To be honest the price of a remote control is ridiculous and should be illegal. The quality of the remote control itself is pathetic in relation to the cost, however. What other choice do I really have? And they know it. However, at least it works flawlessly and includes batteries to get you started.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Operating speed

Good remote control

Because Emerson fans don't support separate light and fan switches, wall control is great. This remote extends that functionality so we don't have to get up to make adjustments. I bought two of these for the bedroom so my wife and I can control them without passing remotes back and forth. Light control is a little different than turning on, dimming and turning off, but I can get used to it easily.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Some complications

A bit pricey but worth the money.

I finally had to replace this after years of 100% function. I have a ceiling fan above my bed that I regulate at night as the temperature in the room changes. This little remote works like a charm. In the dark, you can easily feel which controls to press. The fan has 6 speeds controlled by this remote control, as well as light on/off, fan on/off and fan direction button. Simple device. Well designed.

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • empty

Big piece of junk

Emerson ceiling fans are poorly designed and manufactured. I've had a few of these and the main issues range from a dying motor to loosening half of the bolts in the unit. The remotes never work and require the fan speed and light buttons to be pressed multiple times to work. The most effective way seems to be to move around the room in such a way that the signal is picked up. These are expensive, cheaply made fans that never balance. They end up making noise and swaying all the time whileโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Nice remote control

Edit: I can easily dim the light on my Emerson ECO ceiling fan with this remote control. However, you must FIRST replace the lamps with dimmable ones. I have used LED bulbs with a 2-pin base (others have replaced a base). After changing the lamp, simply set the switch 6 to the dimming position (1). I'm deducting a star because the controls appear to be able to dim and brighten. But it's more like a single button that, when pressed, gradually dims the lamp and then gets brighter. In other words,

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Nothing here
