Bought this item for my kid for Christmas, he absolutely loves it! He is 10 years old and easily learned to set an alarm and charge his tablet and other devices.

This clock is generally good but the lowest volume is too loud for bedtime listening. Attempting to insert the battery into the back of the watch proved futile. The manufacturer apparently overtightened it and when trying to unscrew it the head fell off.

If you are looking for an alarm clock that can be programmed for weekdays, weekends or every day, buy Emerson. I loved my old Emerson alarm clock that I had for 15+ years, but my on/off switch stopped working properly. The new Emerson meets all my requirements.

I like the reception and the digital tuner. The sound isn't bad, but I still mostly listen to talk radio. The only downside will be the difficulty in setting up preset stations and normal use. There's a learning curve, but it gets easier from there. In addition, the automatic time and date function sets the time 5 minutes slower. I had to set the time manually. I like a small footprint. Works much better overall than my old analog Sony Cube.

I really like my alarm clock. I use it to wake up - does a great job. I use it to listen to music when I need to go into the bedroom and make my bed or fold my laundry for 5 minutes. The sound is stronger and clearer than the typical small clock radios I've had. I love that I can turn on the night light feature, not necessarily while I'm sleeping, but after the sun goes down when my room is dark and I don't want to bump into things.
