Good filter for fuel filter

Good filter with old school style sintered brass plug. The filter is unscrewed and can be cleaned with a carburetor cleaner.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Capacity

Good quality filter

Good quality filter. You can disassemble it for cleaning, and the filter material is made of brass, so there is no need to replace it. The bike looks good, no complaints.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Used on WR450F (5/16 " OD)

It was tight on my WR450f. If I could find another half inch shorter I wish it would fit better! Works great so like this far, I ran about 8 gallons (cross country woods) with no leaks!

Pros
  • handy piece
Cons
  • will write later

Seems to fit filter

I have a new small fuel injected outboard and wanted to make sure the fuel was filtered well. First I have the water separator, then this filter, then the motor filter. The filter is outdoors and I don't need a plastic filter that could be damaged by exposure. This requirement was met with an aluminum housing. Also, it can be opened for cleaning or inspection.

Pros
  • Die cast aluminum outer housing
Cons
  • So far so good

Excellent motorcycle fuel filter

I had problems with an old used motorcycle. While searching for problems I damaged the strainer on the faucet and had to throw it away. Well, I'm a 20-year-old motorcyclist who gives me shit. I needed a small fast flow filter for a 4 carb bike. This thing did a great job. I had to take photos of all the crap it got on the first day of the ride. this thing is worth the money.

Pros
  • Adjustment and protection with the same filter
Cons
  • Nothing

Something was wrong with this filter.

Upon opening the package I smelled a rancid organic/chemical odor and noticed the metal filter element was covered in strange mold and scale. He spent the night in a bleach bath which resulted in a disgusting suds on top of the bleach, so there was clearly something wrong with that filter. It's currently in an isopropyl bath, but it looks like the element is clogged with all that stuff. it's almost like it's been used before.

Pros
  • Cleanable Brass Filter Element Inside
Cons
  • Minor
