Stopped working after 3 uses! I bought 2 of these, they didn't work right away so I sent them back. I set up the second one, tested it, took it with me on vacation, but it got stuck with us. We almost had to find someone to cut it or leave our bikes in Zion National Park! Very disappointed.

This gets the job done, but the first time than mine Friend accidentally dropped the combo so she couldn't lock it, I fixed it for her by turning each knob by one at a time until it closed. Then I drop it back onto her combo. This bike lock is only good for people who are serious about what they do. No evidence of idiocy! It's too easy to accidentally drop a combo, so I wouldn't recommend it, especially for kids or stupid adults.

These bike locks worked well for about a year, and then one day could we can't get the locks to work. After hours of trying to reset our locks, we finally figured out the combination that somehow both of our locks were set to. We can't seem to change them, so we keep new combination numbers in our phone until we buy new ones that we like since they're so random we'll never remember them. I hope we don't have any more problems before we get the new locks. I would not buy these again.
