Not strong enough for a complete overhaul.

Light Duty Bend. Load too light to tighten flywheel bolts. It would be interesting to leave a fully assembled motor on it. I only used it when I only had a short blockage. Cut the welds between the tube and the plate and install the tube in my roll stand.

Not the best quality, good for engine mounts

Bottom line, you get what you pay for! At first glance you can see that not much time was spent building this stand but in a pinch I thought it was ok and after some hammering it actually fitted the bottom screws and now I'm wondering. If it's even heavy enough to make the motor last longer without modification, replace the lugs/lugs with a heavier steel plate. However, this didn't break the bank.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • unreliable

Will not fit your floor stand

To all the reviewers who give a bad rating because it doesn't fit your motor stand, no one who sells them will tell you it does. It is designed to be connected to a desktop. Mine is bolted to my desk with a 1/2" thick steel plate and is as strong as a rock, more durable than my floor motor stand because it doesn't try to tip over. Using 2 flywheel locks Never had a problem with this rack, a packing nut with to tighten up to 250 pounds.

Pros
  • Motor Parts
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
