They replace the entire ignition coil rail, they must already be installed for one of the aftermarket coils to work. An after sale coil will not work with the OEM ignition coil guide. I learned this the hard way. Other than that, these geeat work.

I bought them for my 04 deville March 17th 2022 today May 17th 2022 and I had a bad misfire in my car today ran the code and its multiple misfires I changed the Spark plugs and still have the same problems, noticed the coils are bad, has been working for 2 months with no problems and now I have to replace the coils and the company will not replace or refund them

A 2005 Cadillac deVille stalled at idle and had a noticeable lack of power during our last drive. No codes were given and the mechanic couldn't reproduce the problem a month before our trip. So far I have only exchanged the front coil pack, since the rear one is much more complicated. Replacing the front is very easy and completely solved the problem. Looks like good quality. Worked well on a 2004 Cadillac Seville with a Northstar 32v engine. Fixed idle misfires on cylinders 5 and 8. New Delco spark plugs fitted. I drove about 200 miles and had handling issues, the car ran horribly and after the engine warmed up everything stabilized. Since I replaced all the ignition coils, I unfortunately assumed that it wasn't the cause and started the diagnosis, invested a lot of time and found nothing.
