Great tool used daily within my organization

We are using it for our sales team to send out quotes via email or PDFs which they can then open in their office software of choice (Outlook). The interface has been very easy to use with no training required! I have not found anything that we dislike yet but there isn't much as well so far either. It's great if you want your employees working from home since all documents sent through this application will be stored online instead of requiring them to print something off at work each day.…

Pros
  • Easy setup, intuitive design..all options available seem simple enough even without extensive knowledge about technology used..also helpful is tech support staff who were extremely knowledgeable; able help solve issues promptly once identified.as an added bonus customer service reps provided excellent follow up communication too after issue was resolved!!! All around experience exceeded expectations...great product ! :)

Very intuitive system, gets out your way fast

I like how easy it was to use. It's not too hard for new users to get used to but also has enough advanced features that experienced users can take advantage of as well. There are some things I wish could be done better such as being able to have more than one user access at once or having the ability to set up folders to store documents in. We're solving our storage problems with this software. Before we had so many different file types and locations stored all over the place which made…
