Great customer support and knowledge base system

I really enjoyed working with them; they're very professional, friendly people! They are also great at getting things done quickly if you need it right away or can't schedule an appointment for later date (as we all know time moves so fast sometimes). That's pretty much my only complaint- there wasn’t anything bad enough to complain about while being apart of this team as such. We had some success implementing MailChimp campaigns into our business model but were not able make any drastic…

Pros
  • Great customer service provided by everyone in contact,
  • Friendly environment created &amp support is always given before deadlines that will be met :)'
  • Fast results delivered through emails / phone calls made within 24 hours max., even sooner usually depending how long your issue takes me personally take 2 hrs tops lol ;)

  • Zero
