EnCORE - Back Office Review

I love that it's easy to use in your business with all of its features! It is extremely helpful when you need some extra help as well!! The ease of use for our customers to access their account information is by far my favorite feature! I wish it could be easier or more intuitive at times but that's how you know your product really works well!! It has made billing so much faster with less errors than using excel sheets (and yes we used Excel before). It is very easy to use for our small business with only 2 employees (me & my boss). I like how it allows me to do everything from one location without having to go anywhere else in order for things to be processed or updated/changed. I like that it is very easy to navigate through this software for any technician in our office! It's great when we have trouble finding something within an account or billing area of encore-backoffice because there are so many features available!! Also being able manage all invoices from one place makes things easier than having multiple applications open at once (and forgetting which ones they were using).
