Description of Energy Suspension 15 1105G Motor Beetle

Durability is superior for cars, trucks and SUVs; road salt, oil, and a host of other common under car contaminants will eventually destroy the rubber bushings on your vehicles, not to mention the weight and torque forces that typically compress rubber. Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently. Hyper-Flex is offered in a variety of durometers (firmness or softness), depending on product application; performance tested and race proven; used for all of Energy Suspension products that require a higher level of performance and durability. If you are modifying, building a new vehicle for scratch or restoring an old one, Energy Suspension's Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane should be the 'ground zero' focus of your present and next vehicle plans. Over two decades of in-house experience in innovating, engineering and formulating wide selection of polyurethane components for many different industries, Energy Suspension has qualified as premier manufacturer of the high quality polyurethane products.

Good quality company

I am satisfied with them, but I asked if they contain grease before buying. not mine. Probably the best thing you can do to give the 2.0 Jetta a little pizzazz. The foremost bushing (cylindrical) was cracked in half, which I discovered when replacing my gearbox (not fastener related). Through research I have learned that it is best left with rubber. You can find higher hydrometer rubber that will give you almost the same effect, but poly doesn't handle shear as well as rubber. The rest of the…

Strengthen your drivetrain

They work great and fit well as they should. Other reviews that are low because they complain about car shake are inaccurate because every time you replace an engine mount with a plastic bushing or even just inserts, your car is transmitting more noise and vibration into the cabin. This particular mount did increase the vibration at idle but was minimal compared to when I had mount inserts in my db2 integrator, this thing with the AC on could smash fillings into your teeth. I also think you…

Pros
  • Polyurethane Hyper-Flex replacement components resist contamination that often destroys rubber and are engineered to last longer without permanent compression
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Excellent Manual Transmission Modification VW

later in my MK4 Golf engine wobble Add). decided to find out what I could do about it. These brackets are very cheap, but still very well made. Replacing them is a bit of a hassle as on VWs I've usually worked on the bolts that attach the engine mount to the subframe get caught in the aluminum bracket and therefore break (at the head) when you try to remove it. This will still leave the screws fully trapped and ingrown into the aluminum - so be prepared to deal with that. After installation…
