Missing Best Performance Equipment Parts & Accessories

Got two stars because the package arrived quickly as promised and appears to be of good quality. What upset me is that the kit did not include the bracket shown in the picture. This is real crap! Does anyone know the dimensions of the screws in the photo?

There should be a solid mount. vibrate me to death

If you're ordering this for the Camaro, be prepared to hate it. You can feel every vibration of the car to the point that something doesn't seem right. I removed the record, it seemed to help some, but you definitely get the feel for it with a polyphonic mount. Don't buy this unless you need it for higher performance applications.

Thanks to the energy mount for spending hours trying to figure out why it won't snap.

Fourth generation 5 speed V6 owners beware. You either have to drill a new hole or you have to scrap the transmission cross member from another Camaro. I don't know what else. Right now I'm disappointed that I had to modify this mount. Energy Suspension's website does not contain any information about it. I will update once I complete the installation. Thanks to the energy hanger for spending hours trying to figure out why it's not straight wound up.

Solid replacement for Camaro/Firebird

Installed on a 2001 Camaro SS with a T-56 transmission with no problems. Good solid mount that offers more control than the original (soft) rubber mount. Fits perfectly and installs in minutes. Use the original screws to attach the bracket to the gearbox and the one intended for the cross member. Update: After a few rides I've found that the engine vibrations penetrate the chassis/cabin a bit more, but it's a fair trade for a performance upgrade. Easy to install, all new nuts and bolts. It's a solid piece that will stand up to a lot of punishment, I hope my wife doesn't see that.
