This is a great solid mount, with a few modifications I was able to use the large insert as a direct replacement for a 2008 Nissan Sentra Spec V!

Most have a cut out which should be towards the center of the engine mount so it faces forward on the car and goes over the sub frame shown.

Worked like a champ to keep my engine from being so aggressive on start up and installation was a breeze. Just make sure you insert the red stakes first, and then the hollow gold pins.

These are fantastic Moment Mount bushings. when replacing the clutch on stage 2 in lx, I replaced the standard torque arm rubber bushings with these polyurethane bushings. The engine mounts have been replaced with new standard rubber mounts to reduce cab vibration. Switching is noticeably faster and safer. Highly recommended if you are upgrading to a better than stock clutch. Amazon had the best price for them.

My original bracket got sloppy, I tried replacing it with an original replacement bracket and after a few hard starts I actually managed to break the replacement bracket which I found to be aluminum instead made of iron/steel ex works. Luckily I kept my factory iron/steel mount and decided to just press these bushings in.
