ENGPOW Fireproof File Folder Review

I'm moving from the office to the home office and reducing the file size. I hate having an ugly metal filing cabinet in my house. This box is perfect. I will buy more to meet my needs. I plan to layer them on top of each other. Locks protect confidential customer information and also provide fire protection. Outside labels help to keep things tidy.

I initially had file folders at home but they didn't fit in the box so I had to order letter size file folders from Revain. I was so glad they fit perfectly in my document folder and was finally able to organize all my documents and papers that were stacked in the corner. I love that it comes with a lock for security. In addition, it has handles on both sides, making it easy to carry. In general, the purchase is very satisfied!

Product gets pretty strong without instructions. There are two boards that appear to reinforce the structure, but they don't tell you where to put them, except on the bottom, which is where you think that's the only place they can go. But the worst thing about this product is that it is advertised for suspension files and suspension files cannot be put in a bag at all. YOU CANNOT INSERT DANGEROUS FILES! I'm very upset about that.

If you're just buying this as a filing container, that's fine. But if the main thing that attracted you to this item is that it locks, then don't buy it. Doesn't block anything. There is a combination lock on the front but I think it's just for decoration as you open and close the case with a zip at the top and the combination lock has absolutely nothing to do with your ability to access the zip. I need a padlock or a separate combination lock to attach to the two zippers to lock the bin.

I am disappointed in this product. I put suspension files inside and with the extra strong sheet at the bottom it's not deep enough to hang legal files. When removing a solid support, suspension files constantly fall off in one direction or another. There are no metal bars to secure the folders, it's just a fabric bar, so it's also difficult to move the folders around to get to other folders. This ONLY gets two stars because it might be great for storing binders you won't touch in 10 years, but

I was looking for an alternative to a safe that would keep important files safe yet easy to transport. I was excited to get this product because it was fire retardant and I felt the price was good for such a product. When it arrived I just couldn't help but test it.
