I have a short spiky style, but I have LOTS of volume! I have tried several waxes, gels, mousses etc and this product was recommended in a hairstyling demo on YouTube. It absolutely delivers! You can even repeat blow-drying on a warm, low setting the next day for "day 2 hair" without washing every day!

Works better than pixie powder/powder on my pixie. Gives lots of volume and control. The only downside is that it is difficult to wash off. Use a clarifying shampoo.

Short pixie, often spiked. Holds up well, smells nice, lasts a long time. I HATE hair products, but that's ok because you only need a few. A little more expensive than I think is reasonable, but let's see how long this tin lasts with me. That's the only downside so far. I live in Phoenix but have been traveling around the Midwest for several months. Determines how it behaves in a wet environment. GREAT FOR DRY AZ WEATHER.

I've been using this for over a month now and it's by far the worst wax I've ever used. It tarnishes on my silvery hair and is almost impossible to get off my fingers once applied. It also doesn't have a strong odor. I've been using it for so long because I paid a huge price for it after it was recommended to me. Yes, don't waste your time. I now use pharmacy paste which is 1/4 the price and it smells great, doesn't tarnish on my hair and rinses off my fingers easily.

Works great! Yes, when I first got the wax it was hard, I just warmed it up a bit with my hair dryer and that worked. I simply use the front of my nail to scrape the stain, rub it between my fingers and apply to my pixie hair. Ideal for smoothing and riveting. Leaves no gel-like appearance. take a long time.
