The insulation feature in these mugs does work. I forgot about a cup of tea and returned to it ten minutes later and it was still at drinkable temp. I also really like the modern look, which is not so modern that it conflicts with my more traditional home.

I have been using these two mugs for almost a month and so far I really like them. First, the material looks good and sturdy even though made by glass. However, it has two layers for each mug which means it can keep the hot or cold drinks a little bit longer. The size is perfect for me to use for coffee and tea in every day. Would buy again when I need more sets in the future.

Such an amazing set of mugs! Only needed two and these were so amazing! Double wall does indeed keep the exterior of the mug from getting warm, and we got it shipped to us without any cracks or scratches. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a few pairs, and none of them are in perfect shape. I found bubbles in one, and hairline cracks on almost all of them. I would expect it to be in better shape given the price.Otherwise the mugs are ok.

Both cups failed with water getting in between the glass layers.EDIT - company replace failed mugs with new ones under warranty. Will not use dishwasher in the future.

These cups are so stylish especially for the price. I bought 2 but I'm definitely going to be buying some more. Seem pretty durable, had them in the dishwasher but not in the microwave.

The mugs are great and I loved the design. One of them came with a small defect and once I emailed the customer service they promptly answered and assisted with a replacement. I definitely recommend it!

I love that these glasses are double walled and therefore keep the contents warm/hot longer. They do loose heat with time obviously but not so quick as a single walled cup. The handles are excellent in my opinion because they aren't too small for my man-sized fingers. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars overall is because they are quite lightweight and I would have preferred them to be a little meatier. I would certainly buy then again though.

Cups are glass.be careful when washing. I already broke one. But they make a nice presentation for tea or coffee latte. Thanks for attention.

I love drinking out of this mug.its lightweight and easy to clean. It can handle hot coffee and keeps your hands from getting burnt while handling the mug.

Great cup for cold or hot drinks but the glass cup has thin walls so it can break easily if you are not carefull when washing it.

The cups arrived in a box describing them as 10 ounce cups, but they clearly hold only 8 ounces of liquid.Do not purchase them if you require a 10 ounce cup.Nonetheless, they are quite attractive and appear to be well made.

I can have fresh brewed tea hot now.It's easy to clean with mild detergent. My old one was a glass mug. Stains built up easily but hard to remove.Very happy with this new mug.

Why get double walled coffee glasses? Because you like your drink to stay hot longer. The reason why ceramic mugs don't keep coffee hot for as long is because the heat transmits through surface area. The ceramic conducts the heat better than the double walled glass-- so more heat escapes. I find myself 5-10 minutes after pouring my tea still having to blow on my drink to cool it. I like glass coffee cups. No toxins, you can see what's in it and it just seems cleaner. I was using a 7 oz. cup and I just wanted a bigger cup that would hold the heat longer. This cup is awesome! I can have twice what I had and it holds the heat. I absolutely love it! It is soooooo lightweight you would think it is plastic but it isn't. It's a very lightweight glass I didn't know existed. If I ever buy glass again this is what I'll buy.
