Well the tools work but the case seems used and things don't necessarily fit as they should. For the price you can't beat it. You get what you pay for.

Item looks good out of the box but I had to use the drill bit on the collet to drill smaller holes and using the hex key provided did not work with the hex set screw and because it was snapped off Set screw screw, I ended up drilling out a set screw to loosen the bit as I needed it that day. I don't have a back drill, so I didn't get a chance to save the turnbuckle hole for later use. However, it worked the way I wanted it to, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

For those who have never used them I would say they are great. I had to watch the video to understand how to use them because there were no instructions. I paid $10 for a similar set at a big store but it only came with 4 hole saws and no carrying case so I'd say it's great value for money. (I lost part of the drill so I bought it as a spare).
