See I love this balm and paid a few extra bucks to have it shipped faster which was worth it UNTIL I received it and it has already been opened and used. The packaging was opened and when I removed the lid there were scratches on the balm itself. Needless to say I will NOT be using it.

I love this EOS fragrance and was hard to find so was excited when I found it here. I ordered 2 of these and received my order today and both packages were opened and taped together. At the time I was very disappointed when I received it because now I don't dare to use it anymore.

I have used Eos products before, so did my son and we liked them a lot. I saw this online and it sounded like a nice scent/flavor. I really liked the color of the packaging, but this is my first time using it. It had an odd taste and smell. I thought maybe because it was new. I've been using it for several weeks, the aroma and taste have never improved. Might try other Eos products, won't buy this fragrance again.

Heaviness and wax on the lips. A pleasant lemon scent on first use, but not for long. After a few minutes it turns into a horrible chemical smell/taste. Really rough. In fact, I've tried several EOS lip balms and this one was even worse!

We are delighted to see Lemon back in the EOS lip balm line and hope they continue to be a regular part of the group. However, I would like to see a line without SPF as some of us don't need any at all and this part of the product tends to dry out the skin of the lips too much.

EOS make some of the best lip balms and this fragrance is no exception! If you love the smell of lemon and are looking for a great lip balm, then this lip balm is for you! Light yellow container in a form suitable for applications. 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered 3 of these. Two of these came without the original packaging and the last one didn't even have the original packaging. In connection with the ongoing Pandemic, THIS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED AS SANITATION IN ANY WAY!

I wanted to see what was so special about them so I ordered one. Honestly, I'm not a fan. It didn't seem to last long. While the shape is useful in some ways, it's not great as it doesn't fit in your bag (I use lip balm where I work all the time). It says it's deeply moisturizing, but I didn't get that from it either. Disappointed but I think it works well for others.

Supplied in an outer pouch and then in another sealed plastic pouch containing the EOS packaging. The plastic bubble on the EOS box appears to have burst or been damaged. Compared to used and new EOS balms that I have and appear like new. I'm still debating whether I'm willing to take the risk. Anyway arrived in unacceptable condition as I can neither confirm nor deny the fake.
