Arrived broken - Balms and moisturizers

I bought 4 for Christmas gifts. I love Eos products and they make great gifts but due to the Amazon packaging (or lack thereof) the box with all 3 items arrived broken. I cringe when I think of having to give them away this year because they could easily look like they were newly gifted. Talk about a lousy presentation it will be!

The box arrived damaged but the product is good

The product was bought as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, the box arrived very damaged and dented. Since time was short, I decided to take the products out of the box and put them in a gift bag. All items were intact and smelled wonderful. I just wish the packaging had been better taken care of when shipping. Items like this really should have come in a Revain box, not a Revain package. Especially before the holidays when things are bought as gifts.

Not sure about the actual product as it was a gift for my mum. When she opened the gift there was a $10 sticker on it but I paid almost $30.

While I love this product I was very disappointed when it arrived. This was not the item I bought. I ordered the Holiday Limited Edition as advertised and received the Tropical Escape Limited Edition. FYI!

A good investment for soft, delicious lips!

They all taste amazing (says my friend) and I will be buying more. I was skeptical about buying lip balm online and it tastes and smells exactly as it was described and I can safely say that it was a very good description! Love it! Definitely recommend!
