The distressed look doesn't come off as authentic, giving off a cheap vibe. The wooden frame looks dull and lifeless, with no charm to it. As for functionality, the frame stands up well and holds the picture well. But the aesthetics are a major letdown for me. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know that the quality of the frame is just not up to the mark. I wouldn't recommend this frame to anyone looking to add charm to their Home and Kitchen.

I wasn't 100% sure when I made this purchase because sometimes it's difficult to buy something without seeing it. I am very happy that I ordered this frame. It's really beautiful and of good quality. I'm already thinking about buying more in other sizes. I use it on my 5x7 mantel. I would consider buying large ones to hang on the wall. If you hesitate, I would say go ahead. You will not be disappointed.

The front of the frame looks fine but once I took it out of the box it was just taped to the back of the box. As I was about to hang it up I thought all would be fine. After pasting the photos while trying to attach the back panel, there were only two fasteners on one side that didn't attach it to the frame. I tried prying them off the side of the frame but they kept popping out. Then I noticed that there were no fasteners on the other side. DO NOT BUY.
