🔧 EPAuto 14-Inch Heavy Duty Lug Wrench: 4-Way Cross Lug Wrench Review

Great price but fast shipping; very weak for a self-proclaimed "heavy duty" item. Definitely a mistake on my part, the main problem is creating the necessary momentum with a 14" cross, basically you get 7" momentum per side, not enough. It was very difficult to work. I could be wrong, but I can't imagine that point of contact between the two parts (the center of the cross) staying soldered for long, especially if you plan on using a longer impulse rod.

Reasonable price BUT there is a significant downside (for all tools of this shape). Given the short length of the arms, it is difficult to apply enough torque to loosen the wheel lugs, especially if they have been tightened by a professional shop using impact wrenches. I highly recommend testing the tool before packing it up for use on a flat tire. The machining is ok - I was able to catch the lugs but it's not very accurate and the alloy is medium soft so I suspect it will break. with time…

The standard wrench on my Toyota Camry is 19mm but on my alloy wheels (factory) the nuts are 21mm! Find out. I don't need it yet, so I'm ready now. This key looks exactly like the photo but without the paper label. It has a strong weld down the center, and as another reviewer pointed out, the protruding metal around the weld is quite sharp. . . Unless every good reviewer got a completely different product I don't understand how it has a 4 1/2 Star. I received a 14" key from EPAuto today. It's exactly as pictured, heavyweight and beautifully chrome plated, with deeply engraved size markings on each of the four ends. I took photos and left the key in the trunk to check later as I don't have a flat tire at the moment. Therefore I cannot confirm the durability of the tool.
