🏋️ Epic MMA Gear WOD Shorts for Men Agility 4.0: Ultimate Performance and Comfort in Action Review

Bought these for my husband when he started doing high intensity training as the gym is closed these days. Nothing but great gym shorts - comfortable waistband, great length, and a design that allows full range of motion (burpees, lunges, squats, etc.). He is very happy with them.

I use it for cardio kickboxing which I've recently started. The fit at the waist is perfect and true to size and I love the material they are made of. I don't like the length, they are a little above the knee and even with the slit I feel like they are long enough that they interfere with kicks. It could be my fault, maybe I'm in bad shape. Just my observations so far. I think it's pretty cool, although cardio kickboxing is the most strenuous and hottest activity I've ever done.

Shorts fit well and true to size. I have a waist size 36 and size 36 fits perfectly, with a slight heel. So far I've worn them many times and washed them after each workout and so far they seem to be holding up well. Others have complained about the drawstrings but I don't tie mine tight enough to act as a belt so no problems so far and if they don't work I don't worry as the fit doesn't depend on it. I have to say I really like these shorts for WOD or just to take with you (although it's just a pocket for a phone and wallet). They seem to be sewn well and the quality seems pretty good. My biggest issue is that I ordered a pair of these shorts called Agility 4.0 and a pair of Blank WOD shorts - both from the same company - and I'm pretty sure it's EXACTLY the same product except that the "Blank WOD" shorts are about $5 less.
