Epicurean 17.5x13-Inch Nutmeg Cutting Board - Kitchen Series Review

I've had several of these and they always hold up well. They are not too big and not too small, easy to clean and fun to work with. I've never had a single deformity. I put them in the dishwasher and they come out clean, every other large cutting board we hand wash.

My favorite in my kitchen is this board. I use it to cut raw meat on a cutting board. It washes well and disinfects in my dishwasher. This is my 5th as I use different sizes for different needs. I also love their instruments instead of wooden ones.

Have been using this cutting board for about 3 weeks now. I never washed it in the dishwasher because our cabin doesn't have one. So I can't say how durable it is. Due to the unpleasant smell when wet and the cardboard look, it SHOULD NOT be given away under any circumstances.

i once had a bamboo cutting board, after a few months the board sank in and had a lot of scratches. This cut works much better. Ideal for chopping, slicing, slicing and serving; I washed it in the dishwasher after each use, it's still perfect. A good product.

I had a gourmet board that lasted years until it was washed in the dishwasher and warped. I bought this board as a spare and hand washed it thoroughly. Less than a month has passed and this board is now warped too. It spins on the counter when I try to use it which is not safe. I will not buy again.

Unfortunately after trying hundreds of cutting boards I have found the holy grail of them all. I started small just to see how I like it, now I have 4 of these! Easy to clean, dishwasher safe, no smell, no plastic or wood in my food, no need to worry about bacteria getting into cuts. home run! I will buy for gifts. Do not be shy!

Definitely need a floor handle, even for small jobs. Very hard compared to natural wood or poly/plastic which makes it noisier when cut. It is more difficult to swing the knife when cutting vegetables. A few times it was like scraping a nail on a chalkboard, like a knife on a chalkboard. This was not the case with any other type of board.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and it's so good I almost kept it. I forgot until now because today I'm going through my order history to find something. My girlfriend and I cook together from time to time so I can actually use this board in her house and it's really great! There's something really nice about him when a knife cuts into him.
