Too expensive for what it is. Save your money and just get bellows. The bellows are very well built and made from 300 series stainless steel. The bellows work really well, much better than I thought it would. I've been a bushcrafter for over 20 years and have never heard of a bellows pipe. Bellows are great when used on a small wood stove in a tent, you have some charcoal in the morning. No problem! Throw a piece of splintered wood over a small coal and use the bellows and you'll have a roaring

Amazing kit! for camp kitchen

Well I can't say enough good things about this fire starter kit. This tiny little package has made my life so much easier where I currently live. I currently live in a tropical forest on an island in southeast Alaska. I've never been in a wetter climate or built a fire faster than with this set. The fire starter is simple, but it puts out an amazing spark, and once the tip of the coolest wicks is ignited, they easily ignite and burn for an amazingly long time. What really sets this kit apart…

A good basic set for lighting fires.

Epiphany Outdoor Gear Weatherproof Fire Starter Kit I bought this kit because it has everything you need to start a fire and it comes in a waterproof case to hold it all together and rain out keeps I tried this out in my garden during a moderate downpour to see if I could start a fire with it. It worked as advertised and with some wind and rain blocking my body I was able to start a fire with dry paper and then switch to wet paper in a flaming barrel. I gave 4 stars because I think it could be…

Great little set

2019 update: 4 years old and I still have the original bellows and plastic tube that this fire set comes with. and tend the backyard fire pit, my charcoal grill and our fires. I love the Bee Fire Fuses and keep getting replacements for this kit. Flapping just one side makes it easy to start and you can use it as a mini candle to move the flame where you need it. There are a few fakes out there now so this set seems a little pricey but I can vouch for its durability. Great little kit. Plastic…

Great innovation! This is important when making fires outdoors.

Great little kit: great performance, light weight, reasonable price, good quality. The bellows are very well made, durable and work great. (Works well for log fires too, but is a bit off for that use.) Buy, wear, use! Worst Bees tinder fuses work very well. Compact, waterproof, fast acting, hot. But be sure to break them up into small, fluffy balls before trying to light them up. In contrast, cotton balls soaked in petroleum jelly (like petroleum jelly) are also compact, waterproof, ignite…
