Description of ๐Ÿ”‹ 5A 3S 12V 12.6V Battery Active Equalizer BMS Balancer LFP Lifepo4 Lithium Lipo Li-ion Battery Energy Transfer Board

Working Voltage: 2.7V-4.2V, suitable for NCM Ternary polymer lithium battery (Li-ion), lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4). It can Not fit LTO battery. Working Principle: Flying capacitor transfer charge transporter, Balancer board is connected to the battery to start the balance work, using the original brand new ultra-low internal resistance MOS, 2OZ copper thickness PCB. Balance current 0-5.5A, the more balanced the battery current is Small, reserved for the dormant switch wiring position, the dormant power-off mode working current is less than 0.1mA, and the balance voltage accuracy is within 5mv!. The quiescent current is about 9mA, and the battery capacity is recommended to be used between 30-200AH/Per Balancer. High-capacity batteries can be connected in parallel with multiple equalizers. With under-voltage sleep protection, the voltage will automatically stop entering the sleep state when the voltage is lower than 3.0V, and the standby power consumption is less than 0.1mA. ใ€NOTEใ€‘: Before connect the balance cable to the balance board, be sure to check whether the connections of each section of the battery pack are correct, and do a good job of insulating the bottom of the board and the battery string connection terminals. Otherwise, it will short-circuit and burn the board.

Awesome active balancer!

I use this used item active balancer in a 8s20p LifePo4 100Ah pack. I had many cell balancing problems, even with a reliable smart BMS, the voltage difference between cells was up to 300mV. This active balancer did it! Within 24 hours the voltage on all cells fluctuated around 3.60 V!

Well balanced the can 16er.

Surprised by this little device. Balances my used 16s LiFePo4 battery. I don't want to speculate about the durability. I buy a spare part.

Quite nice for the price. Switching frequency 6.3 kHz (noisy)

Makes a solid impression overall. Mosfets G045N03. Driver chips are not marked. My guess, without going into too much detail (lazy), is probably just a simple square wave generator. Possibly an op-amp oscillator. This device is not "intelligent", it just keeps mixing the capacitors. However, this is not so bad. It just works. Initial reviews of the small battery while charging seem great. within the specified 5mV. but then again, these are new batteries and might just be a good match. The bigโ€ฆ

Unbelievable!: Power Strips & Surge Protectors

I'm having trouble properly balancing a custom 140Ah 4S LiFePO4 battery. I decided to try this and am very glad I did. Of all the solutions I tried, this finally achieved the perfect max balance with all cells at 3.6500 +/- 0.005. It balances at a higher current than most others I've used, so it's particularly good for larger setups. It didn't get hot during use, not even lukewarm, which is another big plus considering it's in a warm indoor environment. It ran all day on a few amps at 90F andโ€ฆ
