ENERGY EFFICIENT: This 220V Induction cooktop cooks food by using electromagnets so no heat is lost between the cooking surface & the pot. It also heats food quickly making it highly energy-efficient. Induction cooktops are more efficient than gas or electric coils. Energy transfer is around 84% compared to 74% with the older technologies. EASY TO CLEAN: The ceramic glass surface makes it easy to clean the smooth cooking area. TIMER: The automatic timer settings range from 1 minute to 99 minutes, letting you select the specific time you need. SAFETY: Induction cooktops are the safest cooking technology available. The cooktop heats only magnetic pots, not the surrounding area, and turns off automatically after 10 seconds if there is no pot on the burner. POWER SHARING: When you power share between cooktops you have the capability of taking some of the power from the adjacent zone (burner). This makes one of the burners even more powerful. COMPATIBLE: The cooktop is compatible with most cookware that has a magnetic base, such as iron, enamel-coated steel pots and cast iron pots.

So far, so good! in Hobs

This hob is easy to install and looks great! I like digital controls and all hobs offer a good power range. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is noisy. If you've never had an induction, you need to be prepared. But then again, when I turn away or go to another room, the sound really helps me to remember that the stove is on. I love the new pan set I bought for the induction cooker and hope it will last. The price was right!
