I love these stirrups!

These stirrups are just as good as the more expensive ones in the same style! They are light and very comfortable and I no longer lose my left stirrup!

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Fairly expensive stirrups that fall apart so easily

I bought these about a month ago and the silver handle popped out while riding. I have tried to contact the company for a solution but am still waiting for a response. Pretty expensive stirrups that fall apart so easily.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • So so

Bolts fall out and pads come off

This product only lasted 3 rides before all the bolts fell out and the metal pads became too loose to use. Luckily the rubber pads remain screwless so we were able to switch to them and it wasn't a total loss. If you want metal legs for your cheese grater, you'll probably need different stirrups.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Something different

Don't worry - the screws fall out easily

After reading a few reviews about losing the screws that hold the graters I decided to buy them anyway and planned on locking the screws beforehand each time check My daughter goes. . Even though I checked and tightened all the screws before the ride, my daughter lost 3 screws after the first use, which was an easy 20 minute ride (small walk/trot, no canter or jumps). I absolutely cannot recommend these stirrups.

  • Very impressive

so convenient and safe!

A friend I ride with has very expensive Royce Rider stirrups; I've always used Stahl's Phyllis, but I tried this one because my boyfriend loved it. I've never ridden in Royce stirrups, but they look about the same and are much more comfortable than stainless steel stirrups. I liked them so much that I bought another pair for my dressage saddle. I highly recommend them, especially for the price and weight.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons

The footplate is not screwed.

I love these stirrups but the metal leg plates were on and apparently unscrewed because I found mine on the arena floor. I checked another stirrup and it only had two screws instead of four. I'll use the screws that came with the replacement rubber pads and hope they stay. Addendum: The screws supplied do not match the stirrups at all. Those are wood screws! They just drop out. So I found out that the metal plates need some type of screw that is not included, while the rubber pads need the wood

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Only available in black

Fantastic iron stirrup!

Since I've had these stirrups I've ridden in them a few times and love them! In the past my back has always been very sore during and after riding with my irons. Since I've been using them, my back feels great and I'm no longer in pain. I've read reviews on other websites with drivers claiming this and I have to admit I was skeptical. No longer! I will always have this pair! I also like how light they are and that both types of pads are included. I've only used the grated type so far and have…
