Excellent orthosis I have a second degree ligament tear and this orthosis gave me about 75% range of motion. The only other option is wrist fusion.

I've tried other straps that didn't work for me, this one really works. This keeps my hand and wrist together and gives me more support when lifting weights.

Great for carpal tunnel. Didn't work on my TFCC Tear. Any pressure on my ulna is very painful. I suspect this might help with a TFCC rupture depending on the extent of your injury.

I use them at work, working on a pallet truck and various types of lifts. I have weak wrists and the support they provide is helpful. I order new ones every few years when they wear out.
