Working from home was hard before I bought this chair. I used to use a kitchen table chair and my back hurt all the time. With this chair, not only did my back become comfortable, but my posture also improved! The ability to rock back and forth is a treat for those who normally enjoy walking. So happy I bought this chair. Working from home just got a lot better!

I'm on my knees at the moment. I will say that it takes a few days to get used to. Not that bad, just severe muscle pain in areas that haven't been used in a while. It has improved my posture and my ability to sit for long periods. I also like putting my feet on knee pads for long periods of time. Excellent investment. The trick was to keep my kids from stealing it for themselves.

As I am an IT professional I have to sit at the computer for 8-10 hours. I started getting pains in my back and lower spine. Then I decided to try this chair for posture correction and lumbar support. This chair works wonders and after a month of use my posture improved and my back pain disappeared. This is a perfectly designed chair with excellent quality. The rocker function corrects the sitting position and offers a high level of seating and working comfort.

Since using this chair, my back pain has greatly reduced. I am very happy with it as this was my main reason for purchasing this chair. It takes your body a few days to get used to a more upright position, but eventually you get used to it and it relieves the pressure you normally feel on your back.
