Comments that you can only use it for 10 seconds are not entirely accurate. that's 10 seconds at 48 volts and 30 amps! 1440 W. With reasonable power consumption, it can be used indefinitely. People shouldn't comment on products they don't know how to use properly

This little ammeter seems useless as many multimeters on the market can measure and display current. But this device makes it a simple and excellent diagnostic tool for simple current measurements without any problems. My application is to test a device that my company is installing where we want to monitor power consumption to make sure it meets the requirements. Works well (recommended)

I was very glad they exist and ordered both sizes of the 30 amp version. After reading the instructions, I discovered an unpleasant disadvantage of these devices. According to the instructions, you can't use them for more than 10 seconds, otherwise they will self-destruct. It might be cool in Mission: Impossible, but don't try to fix intermittent issues. You may have an application where this isn't a problem, but to me it makes them pretty much useless.
