We installed it but had to use it with.

We installed it but had to use it in combination with another more foamy product. Our truck is covered in the spray they put on the top of the bed rail making it uneven and difficult to seal.

Very Poor Adhesion

I bought this product hoping to improve my product. The product feels and looks good but does not stick to the surface. I wiped the surface with the alcohol pad that came with it, but it just didn't stick. I went ahead and put this on my car as I had to use it for an upcoming trip. I suspect it will fall off when the top of the pickup is removed.

Cons

Better than what "pros " use.

After 14 years of service I had to remove the cover on my truck. The original tape the installer used was thin and came off at the back allowing the cap to rub the paint off the rails. This resulted in rust that I had to sand down and repair. All of this could have been avoided if the installer had used a quality product like this from Extruded Solutions. This seal is thicker than what was there and is not going anywhere.

Pros
  • Rear Door Seals
Cons
