It has been determined that these PCBs are too wide to be used with a prototyping board. Well, the simple solution is to use two breadboards with a small gap between them. While I'll admit this isn't an elegant solution, it works and the added bonus is more prototyping space. You can do this when connected, but the boards won't lay flat. No documentation or even a link to the documentation is provided. If you purchase this circuit board it is assumed that you know what you are doing.

These chips just seem different. I would ask for a little more even if it comes with more. You'll find a use for them somehow.

This is a great ESP8266 version for NodeMCU and I got 3 packs for less than $10. The screen print on the top is easy to read. The driver for the CH340G USB-to-Serial chip is easy to find (dot cn has it). It runs sample sketches and my custom thumbnails with ease. The only downside is that this board is wider (28mm) than some NodeMCU boards. When connected to a breadboard, the board covers all the points you would normally use (see first image attached). These small, inexpensive boards are functional but don't have excessive I/O ports. Just the right amount for me in a small package. I used 2 breadboards, all 3 work great.
