Where do I start! The car is tall and slim, making it reckless. It is very difficult to fix the funnel, and carelessness will not help in this matter. The pot slides too easily and slides over the base. The guarantee page redirects you to a rogue browser add-on. Same or lower quality than the cheaper Mr Coffee. Glad I have these. Bought for me as a birthday present. I love espresso and lattes. I'm getting better and better at it, but fixing a "cup" with espresso in it can be very frustrating. It seems like it should be easy, but it isn't, and the handle doesn't easily slide into the locked position. I have to push the coffee maker toward me to pull the handle and rotate it into position.

It was difficult to install the strainer hopper in the locked position. After several attempts, it was only half done. I didn't want to break anything, but I decided to try again and use more force. Finally it fit. I used a milk frother once and will not use it again. It's almost impossible to remove the mug without spilling the contents everywhere. The website that requires you to register for the one-year warranty also doesn't seem to exist.

I was sooo happy to receive this product. I never received the first one I ordered so I ordered a replacement. Upon arrival I cleaned up as instructed and made an espresso. perfect and well placed. BUT when it came to frothing milk - even with a spout in milk anywhere there was no froth. Oooh I tried 3 more times with different milks like almond and oak milk. The coffee will taste fantastic if this is your first espresso machine using Bialleti for over 2 decades. This is my first coffee maker and it's value for money, it's cheap and worth every dollar. Be careful with the milk frother (Real Hot), try to read the instructions they email you, the ones on paper are a bit confusing. The espresso portion is amazing and tastes just like Starbucks espresso. I haven't tried milk foam yet. There are a few flaws, but nothing can be fixed. 1) You MUST unplug the plug after and before use. The remaining water continues to boil even when the appliance is switched off.
