Great launch telescope.

Very easy to put together, my 10 year old did it in just a few minutes. It provided excellent images of the moon and allowed me to see 4 moons of Jupiter.

Ideal for lovers of the starry sky!

Our 12 year old loves this telescope. Lightweight yet durable, it's easy to take with you and additional accessories can be stowed in the zipped pocket. We are so happy to see our little one racing outside!

Large telescope - binoculars and scopes

This telescope is great. It is convenient to use, easy to set up and adjust the tripod. I've never used a telescope before and there's definitely a lot to learn to use it more effectively, but we already have great detail on the moon and a few planets.

Not suitable for beginners

Couldn't hold it stable enough to see a clear picture The phone holder wasn't strong enough to hold the phone and it broke, I had to return it and he said it was a good telescope for beginners and good for kids I don't see how a kid could even work with this thing or collect junk from it. I do not recommend, I had to send it back

Decent telescope for beginners

Although this telescope can see many night objects clearly, the functions for moving the telescope have some play in the locking functions. The phone holder is uncomfortable and probably not on all models. The adjustable grip also prevents adjustment to a specific angle and limits vision without adjusting the entire scope.

I wasted my money, I don't see planets and now I can't return them to the best telescope.

Sorry I wasted my money! I bought it to see Saturn and Jupiter coming this year and they looked like tiny white spheres. I used all the lenses that came with it and even bought a new 2X Barlow and they looked like just white lights and that's it. But even after adjusting the lenses, there was no way to even make them look like planets.

*Update* Some things were missing. The seller fixed it!

We got the 36070 for my son's first telescope. I'm a bit disappointed to learn that it doesn't come with a phone mount or moon filter as the tripod listed doesn't extend as shown in the pictures. It was easy to put together, I'll update when we use it, but I'm sorry it's not on the list. for support without question. Can't wait to try the phone mount and adjustable tripod. I have changed my rating to reflect this.
