Perfect Tool for Challenging Work!

This industrial shingling hatchet is a solid option for anyone working in construction. As a result of my tests, I determined that it has excellent weight balance ensuring a comfortable swing. The hatchet also has a durable construction, easily handling any challenges that arise. The one drawback is the handle, which may be TOO small for those with larger hands... Regardless, this hatchet is a great addition to any industrial and scientific toolbox..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting due to its all-steel construction
Cons
  • May be too heavy for some users to handle comfortably

I think my old one was an Estwing too, I bought it at a flea market for $1 thirty years ago. They have the same balance and the jackknife holds its edge well. It drives 5" stainless ring legs in two strokes, just…

Pros
  • Clapboard hammers
Cons
  • Unfashionable
